Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you at the time of purchase, we maintain a very strict return and refund policy. Please review these terms carefully before completing your order.
1. Print-on-Demand Notice
Most items in our store are manufactured using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process. This means your item does not exist until you order it. Because we do not hold physical inventory, we cannot "restock" items that are returned for reasons other than manufacturing errors.
2. Limited Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are ONLY granted in the event of a manufacturing defect or if the item arrives damaged. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse or any other reason.
3. Sizing and Fit (No Exchanges)
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. It is the customer's responsibility to consult these charts before ordering.

No Returns for Wrong Size: If you order the wrong size, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Recommendation: Please measure a garment you currently own and compare it to the chart provided to ensure a proper fit before you buy.
4. How to Report a Defect
If your item is defective (e.g., misprint, structural tear, or broken hardware upon arrival), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a claim, you must provide:

Clear photos of the defect.

A photo of the shipping label on the original package.
Once the defect is verified, we will issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
5. Order Cancellations
Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment, orders are sent to production almost immediately. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
